PUT THE SAMP IN WARM WATER AND LIVE THE SAMP FOR 5 MINUTES AFTER THAT POUR WATER ON THE POT AFTER POUR TWO CUPS SAMP AND BEANS AND PUT IT ON THE STOVE THE SAMP WILL KEEP BOILING THAT’S ALL.

My favourite dish is sanday mile. It tast so dilishias when you eat the food. When you smell it you will want to get it now in the moment .Some time in my house we dont cook it.

When you prepare the sanday mile you have to have meat and have the ingridients.At my house we like to help each other to cook the sanday mile.When you a about to cook wash your hands and start to cook about RICE put it in the and por water and put on the storve.

The ingridients are dramstick,rice,potatos,carbig,sup,pamkin,carrot,onion and bitrot.

My favourite food is African salad because we I eat mphokoqo I file like eat something special.It is different to other food that I eat .I grow up eating the mphokoqo that it why I like it very much.

How to prepare this dish?

You boil water and put salt on the water and then you put a maize mell and you mix it after you wait four minutes and is going be ready.After is ready you mix mpokoqo and Amasi.

Ingredients-it's flour,oil,black pepper,ginger,garlick,onion,green chilli,red chilli,all in one spice and a little bit of salt.


How to prepare-you add flour with water and you take a roller and you make something like a twister and then you put it in a pan and three min and you turn the other side.Then you mix meat with all the ingredients i have listed.

y favourite dish to prepare is a good healthy bowl of salad with alot of added greens.
How to prepare my salad:

Get a bowl, and a head of lettuce. Make sure you wash the lettuce well. Break the leaves off, and rub the lettuce under cold water. Then dry. To save time, simply buy a bag of pre-washed and shredded lettuce. If you'd like to, you can buy mixed greens or a more "exotic" bag of salad.
Add some veggies that you like. Wash and chop up a few to throw in with the salad. Try to mix interesting flavours, such as tomatoes, celery, and herbs (Fresh is best)

IT WAS 1998 ON THE 13th OF OCTOBER WHEN I FIRST TASTED A WELL HOME FRIED EGG. THE SMELL WAS AWESOME AND I LOVED IT.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE EGG AND SINCE THE DAY I FIRST TASTED THE EGG I STILL LOVE AND ENJOY IT, I NEVER LOST INTEREST ON EATING AN EGG.


HOW TO PREPARE FRIED EGGS

  • TAKE TWO EGGS

  • PROPERLY MIX THEM IN A BOWL

  • TAKE A PAN

  • PUT SOME OIL AND WAIT FOR IT TO BE HOT

  • ADD THE EGGS WITH THE HOT OIL

  • MIX THE EGG WITH THE OIL AND STIR IT

  • WAIT FOR A MINUTE AND WATCH THE EGG

  • IF IT IS WELL PREPARED YOU CAN DISH IT UP

My toasted chicken taste salty and a little bit of sweetness. My salad taste sweet and salty.

HOW TO PREPARE MY DISH

1. You marinate your chicken

2. You pour oil on to the pan and you leave it boiling.

3. You fry your chicken on the pan and it will become toasted.

You can leave it for 50 minutes

2 teaspoons salt
3 cups of samp
2 cups of water
1 tray or 5 pieces of maqina (chicken legs)
1 cube of beef stock (chilly beef)


How to prepare:
1. Take a pot and pour 3 cups of samp in the pot.
2. Take 2 cups of water and add them to the pot with the samp.
3. Take the chicken legs and rinse them with water.

I enjoy to eat some cup cakes and apple juice.it is my favourite
dish I eat during my spare time when I feel like I want something
that is very nice and tasty.

I eat this food to prepare for strength and when I do eat this food
I get some more power and I feel so fresh.


To make this food I use the flour and royal baking powder
and lot of sugar and tiny peas of salt after all I mix it together
and put it in the oven and wait just few minutes.A drink I just take

Ingredients-cups of rice,drum sticks,potatoes,mayonnaise,bake beans,cabbage, carrots,beetroot and vinegar.


How to prepare-First you need to pour some water and rice and cook them together in the same pot take another pot pour some oil when its hot put your drum sticks on the spices and take them out again put it on the oil and live it.Chop your potatoes and cut them into pieces put them in a scuff tin pour mayonnaise and stir it put it in a fridge.Take tins of bake beans pour it in a scuff tin and put it in a fridge.Put your beetroot into hot water until it is easy to cut and great it on a scuf tin pour some vinegar and sugar on it.Cut a cabbage and a carrot and pour some mayonnaise and stir it then you done put all you salads in a fridge.

HOW IT TASTED?

you need to take water and beans and samp put it in a pot and you stire and wait for 4 seconds. when it is hot you put you’re salt and soup.and you’re dish is Ready.

My favourite dish

I like african salad and everybody at home likes african salad we mostly eat it when the sun is very hot african salad is my favourite dish.

How to prepare

We pour water into the pot and pour a little salt and the stove must not be too hot when the water has boiled we pour meal meal and stir it until it gets fein and it is very well cooked by white star and when we have done cooking it we dish it into a big dish and blow it by the air and when it gets cold then you can pour the milk or amasi and enjoy the flavour.

Ingridients-

Water,salt and meal meal.

BEEF STEAK

HOW IT TASTED?

The beef tasted very good, I really tasted the spicey taste. It was not dry it was watery and delicious.

HOW TO PREPARE ?


STEAK: First you boil the meat with water very well for at least 3hours than take it out to dry.

Secondly mix your spices and roll the meat .

Thirdly you boil your oil and put in your meat and fry, when it turns brown then you can take it out and eat.
