Yesterday we had our first training session together with Nombulelo only 7 of the 42 learners arrived for training but still it was great to have 7 young girls so enthusiastic to train and get fit.A bit of running was done but not much due to factor that these girls weren't very fit so to make things easier for them getting fit we will take one session at a time!
